My Perfect Body

This is a story that I read and that I really liked. Shows that it is necessary to have the good will and positive thoughts. That is already a big step in a lifestyle change for the better. This is inspiring for me: Everything is possible to manifest if you know exactly what you want. If you have faith that your wish is on its way to you and if you put yourself in the state of having it already, it is done!!!

Read the story HERE.

Before and After IN 5 HOURS???

This transformation is whats possible in less than 5 hours. I'm not stating anywhere in this video that supplements or programs don't work. I'm simply showing what is possible. It takes a lot of work to transform your body and keep it there, its all about changing your lifestyle and sticking to it.
But this video might open you eyes to the "big" transformation on you reach, within just a few hours...

On the way...

There is point I opened my diet. Before university my diet was very restrictive. No vegetables, no fish, no tomato, almost no fruits (only apple and pears), no, no, no. It was based on a lot of pasta. Pasta for lunch, for dinner, all the time. Lots of fried food, french fries, fried chicken, all of the nasty snacks that we all love.

Then university time came and I move away from hometown and started to live with other students. And I didn't want to impose my eating style on my friends, because we tried to eat all together and have this healthy ritual.
I started to to try things I never ate before, like tomatoes, like pesto, like oranges and mandarins, I even tried some fish, like cothfish... and if you can believe I started eating onion and basilic. Mostly because I wonted to respect the group. One day I cook, another day my friend cooks, and so on.
My diet is expanding and I hope I can make it even more healthy and eat more green vegetables and more fruits.

The main difference I see is not in my body, because I'm still young, but in my mind, because now I am more open to change and to face my bad habits.

Breaking the prejudice

Physical activity can be fun, it doesn't have to be a torture in the gym, it can be part of your everyday life. Obstacles in front of you can be interesting, more than push ups and abs. A guy who practices Parkour told me that exercise can be fun and you will not feel that you are working out, it will be like playing a game. There is no limitation, the only problem can be yourself if you are lazy or if you are scared to do something.

Everybody says "you can do it if you want it", but until I came to Lisbon to a Youth Exchange called "Aim High Choose Healthy", actually, I didn't believe it. First moment of change was a team building game called the "wall to Paradise", 20 of us were on one side of the wall (1.60m) and without touching it, we had to go to the other side, to the Paradise. We used different techniques in group and we failed 3 times, then I gave up mentally. I was very tired, but my colleagues pushed me to try again. And when we FINALLY made it all together, with amazing team work and creative human effort I felt ashamed... I didn't believe in myself before, but the worst part is that I didn't believe in my team mates. They pulled me from the bottom and I still had many doubts.

Before this Youth Exchange I believed that the definition of "Diet" was one thing, and they way we live and eat was another thing. But now I realized that we have a diet throughout our whole lives and we can just improve it or make it worse. So the main thing is to realize what are we actually eating and to admit to ourselves, "is it good or bad to our bodies". We know the answer, when we eat something, but we avoid asking ourselves the question.

To conclude, to be healthier you don't need a, expensive trainer, nutritionists or many hours of gym, you just need to be honest to yourself and want to change your behavior. Little changes will make a big difference. Do physical activities you like, not what everybody thinks is the best. Use the stairs, not the elevator every time. Don't always eat the whole cake. You already know whats the best for you, brave enough to admit you should do it and change. At least try...

Morgan Spurlock

American documentary filmmaker best known for the documentary film Super Size Me.
Spurlock's famous film follows a 30-day period in 2003 during which he ate only McDonald's food. The film documents this lifestyle's drastic effect on Spurlock's physical and psychological well-being, and explores the fast food industry's corporate influence, including how it encourages poor nutrition for its own profit.
Spurlock ate at McDonald's restaurants three times per day, eating every item on the chain's menu at least once. Spurlock consumed an average of 5,000 kcal per day during the experiment.

As a result, the then-32-year-old Spurlock gained 11.1 kg, a 13% body mass increase, a cholesterol level of 230, and experienced mood swings, sexual dysfunction, and fat accumulation in his liver.
It took Spurlock fourteen months to lose the weight gained from his experiment using a vegan diet supervised by his future wife, a chef who specializes in gourmet vegan dishes.
Two months after the movie release Mcdonalds removed the “Super size” option form it’s menus.

Will your hearth survive the good life?

I have an older cousin who was crazy about good food and drinking too much, ever since I know him.
He started to feel bad and after some exams he discovered that his heart was not sustaining his life style. The doctors told him he should loose a lot of weight and that would allow the hearth pills to help him with his problems. It was not just a matter of physical health, but a reason change his way of thinking and behavior. People though he was taking excesses and they didn't feel well around him because of the way he lived.
He reduced the alcoholic drinking and forgot his huge meals. Very important was also the jump from the sofa to the bicycle, that he maintains now everyday, 4 hours a day, and sometimes jogging. He never imagined himself capable of this, changing his routine and lifestyle because his heart demanded.
His main willpower came from his little daughter of 4 years old.
Today he feels the problem is still there but there is a big difference, more active and healthy, it was for sure his best life decision.

My little big brother

When my brother was 13 years old, he weighed 130kg. We took him to a nutritionist and he was given a program to improve his diet. This first try failed.
After some years he started to do sports and take care of himself better and decided he needed to loose weight. He was discriminated because he was fat and couldn't move well. So he understood he had to loose some weight, therefore he stopped with gummies, fried foods, bread, reducing the amounts too for meals too. He also increased with sports in school: football, basketball and handball.
Now, 17 years old, he has 90kg and he feels much better about himself. He is more cheerful, doesn't feel so sad about being a fat and excluded person.

Why we play floorball

My relationship with floorball started eight years ago and it was love at first sight. I joined a club and started playing and I´ve done it ever since. Even after moving to another city floorball stayed and my hobby continued.
As the ball can go up to 200 km\h, floorball is one of the fastest indoor games there is. It can be played all year round and when the weather allows players can go outside. Floorball only needs a floor, a stick and a ball to play. As it´s a releativly new sport it´s gaining popularity fast and new clubs blossom all over the world. Floorball is a team sport and teamwork in there is really important.
Floorball is a really physically challenging and from my personal experience I can say that it burns 1200 kcals per 1.5 hours of heavy playing. Of course anyone can play at his or her own pace.

Madis-Karli Koppel

The first Floorball club in Banja Luka was funded by a Bosnian student who trained this sport in Sweden. I found out about it on Facebook so me and my brother decided to try it. When we started to play it it was contagious, when I grab the stick I decided "it is for me". It's a very fast sport, one player cannot be on court all the time, you must exchange players to keep the fast rhythm. It's not aggressive like hokey on ice, we don't even have protection (we have more mobility), only the goalkeeper does.
People are skeptical about this sport in the beginning, but when you try it, everybody falls in love with it. It's the thing that is better to play than to watch. I am always available to talk about this sport and it's short history.

Try ZUMBA!!!

I think you should try this because it will put smile on your face. I have been practicing it for one and a half year. Its something that I'm doing with my friends. For one hour you will burn tons of calories dancing. If you have a good teacher you will have more motivation and enjoy it more.
